We just want to express how thankful we are to have come to this place. The Store Manager, Johnathan Kennedy was an absolute delight to work with. He has a wonderful persona and attitude and he exudes so much joy when he welcomes a prospective customers. This is how he welcomed us into his facility. We were not only impressed with Johnathan’s professionalism but also with how he takes care of this facility. This place was nearly spotless. From what we observed the grounds were very clean. All this made us feel at ease. So much so that we decided to rent here instead of at another facility. Mr. Johnathan Kennedy is a rare commodity in a world filled with nine to five robots, especially in this particular industry of storage rental. "Manager Jonathan at FM 529 Storage doesn't seem to grasp his job. He made a promise to call back within 24-48 hours after talking to his DM but never followed through. It’s been over a month of getting charged $110 for one day of storage and this guy doesn’t care. I'm left questioning if this lack of accountability extends to owed money as well. Extra Space's appalling customer service needs urgent attention. Life Storage never subjected me to such frustrations."
